CIE 2962-91 Series Post Office Van or PW Tool Van

Etched brass kit with 3D printed and whitemetal detail parts, North Yard NMRA Code 110 OO gauge wheelsets. The kit is designed for simple conversion to 21mm gauge to represent the Irish 5'3" Broad Gauge.

Originally introduced for use on Mail Trains a number of these vans were converted into Tool Vans for use on engineers and permanent way trains.

These vans were a feature of Irish passenger trains from the mid 1950s until replaced with bogie vehicles during the mid to late 1970s.
