We have had to delete the $35 International Air Small Parcel rate for items <0.45Kg in weight for UK and European customers as a result of on going problems with the Irish postal service customs clearance system.
Recently a number of items were returned to sender despite the customers paying the Irish tax and customs clearance fees to An Post.
Unfortunately we cannot set up separate rates for different European countries under the Shopify system, but we can apply the International Small Air Parcel for customers in the UK and Europe upon request.
